3. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.
Because many of our products are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or handmade:

- Measurements are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.
- Handmade and custom pieces may naturally differ from example photographs.
These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each item and are not considered defects.
4. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Certain products are created specifically for each customer.
Because these items are individually produced:
- Production times may vary.
- Final appearance may differ slightly from example images.
- Dimensions, finishes, and materials may vary based on customer specifications.
- Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be canceled.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom-made products are non-refundable.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product information before processing an order.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not begin processing until payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Supply availability
- Custom production timelines
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Black Swan Alchemist is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

- Eligible items may be returned within our stated return window.
- Customized and commissioned items are non-returnable.
- Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed after returned merchandise has been inspected.
9. Creative Services
Projects involving design, websites, photography, content creation, consulting, or other creative services are governed by individual project agreements when applicable.
Project timelines depend upon:
- Client responsiveness
- Timely delivery of requested materials
- Approval schedules
- Scope of work
Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
10. Intellectual Property

20. Vintage & Condition Disclaimer
Many of the items offered by Black Swan Alchemist are vintage, antique, reclaimed, secondhand, or otherwise previously loved. These pieces have lived a life before finding their way into our collection, and signs of age are often part of their story and character.
We carefully inspect each item and strive to accurately describe and photograph any notable flaws, wear, repairs, discoloration, or imperfections. Minor signs of use consistent with age should be expected and are not considered defects.
Because monitor and mobile screen settings vary, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Measurements are taken as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.
If you have questions about an item’s condition, measurements, or details before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to provide additional photographs or information whenever possible.
21. Commission & Creative Services Agreement
Black Swan Alchemist offers custom creative services including, but not limited to, website design, e-commerce development, photography, graphic design, content creation, branding materials, illustration, and commissioned artwork.
Each project is unique and may require a written proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, pricing, and deliverables.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Production timelines begin after all requested content and materials have been received.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs and providing timely feedback.
- Requested revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Final payment is due before final files, website transfers, or published work are delivered.
Unless expressly transferred in writing, Black Swan Alchemist retains ownership of all original concepts, working files, artwork, templates, and intellectual property created during the project.
Completed commissioned work may be displayed in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
